Acknowledging the extreme operating environment within these components requires routine assessments to insure asset reliability. Our team has 25 years’ experience creating and maintaining 5-year interval NDE inspections to satisfy plant requirements. 

Utilizing the knowledge of our designated engineers with 30+ years of experience, we provide a comprehensive boiler inspection and the ability to emphasize areas with high priority. Our inspections are completed with a thorough report with critical details highlighting areas inspected, component repair, concerns, and areas postponed not within budget for future scheduling.

Utilities high-energy piping (HEP) systems contain critical components involving frequent maintenance and inspection. ATC offers a comprehensive and structured HEP management program developed and controlled to ensure these critical systems are safe and reliable in operation. ATC organization is equipped with 300 years of expertise in the industry, allowing our team to be industry leaders in Creep Strength Enhanced Ferritic (CSEF) Steels such as Grades 91 and 92. Our in-house Non-destructive Examination (NDE), and metallurgical lab analysis provide a cost effective and customized HEP program to fit plant needs.
